Yes. Providing PwF branded mats for clients is a really exciting future prospect but, for now, please do bring along a mat to each class.
-
Other than a mat, no equipment is needed for any PwF class. Do feel free to bring a block/small rolled-up towel to support movement if you wish. We would always advise bringing water to keep hydrated during the class.
Please note Intermediate and Advanced classes further down the line will, excitingly, begin to incorporate small equipment such as Pilates balls, weights and more - we will keep you posted!
-
Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing for a movement class. Activewear is preferable (avoid restrictive materials such as denim). If you choose to wear socks, please ensure they are grip socks to prevent slipping and injury.
-
While PwF is finding its feet, in-person classes in studio and hall settings are taking priority. However, online classes may be provided in the future if the demand is there. Please flag if an online class is something you would be interested in exploring.
-
Yes. Once your trial session has been scheduled, you will be sent an electronic Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ form) to fill in, please return this via email at least 24 hours prior to the trial session.
Disclaimer: As with all exercise programmes, you are advised to consult with a medical practitioner/GP before commencing any new fitness programme and to stop immediately and seek medical advice if you experience any discomfort or pain. By performing any fitness exercises, you are performing them at your own risk.

If there are spaces in the class you’re interested in, you will be able to schedule a free trial session. If your preferred class is full, you will be placed onto a waiting list and informed when a space is available.
This is a hands-on class, meaning I will be providing hands-on correction to ensure all clients get the most out of each move, whether its to correct form or ensure moves are being conducted safely. You are, of course, free to state if you do not feel comfortable with this, client satisfaction is of the utmost importance.
Please note that as this is a growing business with an online presence, there may be times when I am photographed or filmed teaching a class for marketing purposes. In most cases, I, as the instructor, will be the subject of image or video content and I will endeavour, wherever possible, to keep clients’ faces mostly concealed. In cases when this is not possible however, consent will be obtained from participants before publishing. If you do not wish to be featured in image or video assets under any circumstance, please do let me know.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
